5MoreDays is not responsible for any additional shipping cost that may occur due to customs or duties or from a shipping carrier.
All orders that have been shipped are the responsibility of the customer to confirm delivery.
Shipments that have been lost or stolen (from doorsteps/mailboxes) are not the responsibility of 5MoreDays and claims should be directed to the proper shipping carrier.
Depending on the item please allow for 4-5 weeks for completed shipping and handling.
Return & Exchange Policy
When you finish ordering and checking out on you are accepting these terms and services.
